"Mr. O'Neil's service has been a "life send" on several occasions over the years I have been using his service. Today was no exception when my fairly new computer just "locked up" for no apparent reason. Being able to call Steve and have him walk me through the problems and control my desk top computer from his office is fantastic. I can see what he is doing and he simultaneously talks to me on the phone to explain everything. Since he does not need to come to me or me take my computer to him, his costs stay low and I am back in service before I know it. He answers all my questions and has always left me satisfied and happy about his work. I would not trust anyone else to work on my computer."

"My computer refused to power on without any warning signs or any apparent reason. Steve helped me think through all of my options. One option that I wouldn't have thought of on my own was that the problem might be fixable by me right at home. He gave me some easy-to follow instructions to try, just in case it was one of these fixable issues. Voila! It was! Computer back up and running! "Advanced computer solutions.... I called Steve on a Saturday morning... He was great. Asked all the right questions about my computer problem... Then he offered to share his knowledge on how to fix the problem myself... He was happy to let me throw money at the problem but it made him happier tonsee me fix it my self. In the end... At no cost, I was able to not take up more than 15 min of his time... I had to be patient and competent enough to follow his directions and to trust that the advice he gave me was correct. I was suspicious but after hanging up I followed his advice.. Curious... And he was correct. He was so correct it cost me nothing and with a phone call I was able to start Video editing again... And to actually solve the problem which was also screwing up my 2nd laptop. The same issue... An over-filled set of temp and app data folders that had been hidden... I managed them and followed his preventative measures and optimization advice and again The computer has memory and hard drive space like new."
